**Overview of the position**:
Our National Contact Centre is a fast paced, inbound contact centre where our Team Members are empowered to find creative, customer-centric solutions using a values-based approach.

We are looking for customer-focused, fluently bilingual people who can work a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts to join the team
**In order to be successful in this role, you will need**:
- To be fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- The desire to quickly learn about the awesome products we sell
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Enjoy working with people
- Be respectful, upfront and honest
