**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead, challenge, motivate, develop, and coach staff, ensuring an ongoing focus on development and discipline in accordance with the Company’s policies
- Promote and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service
- Train department staff how to acknowledge and actively solve customer questions
- Train department staff on product attributes, pros, and cons of one product over another based-on customer's specific needs
- Provide a positive working environment, coach, advise and listen to employee problems/issues
- Prepare and post work schedules to schedule staff appropriately to meet the business needs
- Champion exceptional quality service, sales culture and promote other best practices to drive business through delivery of accurate and complete store orders
- Effectively merchandise advertising and promotional programs to maximize sales with the department
- Provide accurate, effective purchasing/ordering for store
- Coordination of employee activities on a daily basis; act as a resource for employees; referring complex issues to the Store Manager
- Store wide Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts as requested by the store manager

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably within a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Must be a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) or equivalent experience
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a VSB retail position
- Demonstrated ability to sell products effectively while providing outstanding customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
