**Responsibilities**:

- Estimate project costs by thoroughly reviewing the project's scope of work, analyzing detailed demolition, architectural, and structural plans, and conducting comprehensive visual inspections.
- Interpret project scope and specifications to determine costs associated with permits, bonds, regulatory issues, manpower, equipment needs, and subcontractors.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of construction materials, means, and methods of demolition to develop and calculate accurate costs for the demolition plan.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost estimates align with project goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in demolition techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Demolition Project Estimator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, means, and methods, particularly in the context of demolition projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough visual inspections.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, permits, and bonding requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications or training in demolition estimating.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:
