**You as a Rental Coordinator**:

- Be at the forefront of managing the safety and equipment in the rental yard and making sure that construction equipment is delivered to our project sites across the country
- Responsibilities include sourcing material, documentation control, coordinating logistics and managing the order desk
- Coordinate according to client needs: crane, Hoist, shop foreman’s
- Responsible to direct yard foreman to fulfill orders
- Be part of an integral part of the team helping ensure that all EllisDon has what it needs to get the job done
- This position will be part of the Oxford Builders Division in London, ON.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Previous experience sourcing materials, coordinating deliveries, prioritizing and problem solving
- You have experience documenting (equipment, safety logs, MTO) using Microsoft office, Google and internal software
- The ability to learn EllisDon/Oxford Building supplies policies and procedures with regards to safety and best practices
- Experience working on construction sites, with equipment and form-work
