We are seeking **Cultivation Labourers** to join our fast-growing team. We offer flexible working hours, on the job training and a casual, positive environment.

**Responsibilities of a Cultivation Labourer**:

- Key cannabis labour tasks which include but are not limited to; trimming, de-leafing, harvesting, and sanitization in an efficient and professional manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our grow rooms, irrigation equipment, tools, and workstations, paying attention to the smallest details. 
- Assisting in monitoring and managing cannabis plants, following integrated pest management practices to promote their well-being. 
- Safely handling concentrated materials, including cleaning agents, nutrient compounds, and other essential inputs. 
- Work with colleagues from various departments, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality cannabis products. 
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for cannabis cultivation, plants, horticulture, or agriculture, with a strong desire to contribute to the industry.
- Pays close attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Possesses an eagerness to learn and expand their knowledge, embracing every opportunity for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Local to the Edmonton area.
- Comfortable working in warm and humid cultivation spaces with bright lights, while wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided (including but not limited to sanitary clothing covers, gloves, mask, respirator, and/or eye protection)
- Capable of performing physical activities and/or repetitive movements throughout shifts. 
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs (22kg). 
- Comfortable with squatting, bending, and kneeling while utilizing tools and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks. 
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19, with proof of vaccination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
