About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced equity research analyst who provides assistance to the portfolio management team in managing investment portfolio to maximize its return within our investment policy framework. The incumbent will be covering 20-25 stocks and more than one industries/sector.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform equity research on a coverage universe using a value-oriented method, providing investment ideas for the portfolios, and contributing to the investment performance.
- Review annual reports, Quarterlies and Proxy Statement.
- Collect and analyze industry, company and economic information from a variety of sources including websites, research platforms, corporate reports, industry publication and conferences.
- Organize all information and data effectively to build/maintain spreadsheets models for both valuation and monitoring purpose.
- Determine both buy and sell targets for companies based on qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Generate buy-side research reports and present investment ideas to the portfolio management team.
- Perform other projects related to investment research for the portfolio manager as required,

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, information technology, mathematics, or other business-related fields.
- Minimum two years related experience in equity research or related positions.
- Strong research, financial modeling, risk management and thorough understanding of value investing and various industries.
- CIM, CFA or working toward designation preferred.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Good working knowledge of PC and MS Office Software.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
