Can you imagine working with clients who have been coming to the clinic for generations? **We are looking for a dynamic ACA to join our team in central Toronto. **We would like to find someone who is energetic, is dedicated to patient and client care, and is able to multi-task and work independently. A minimum 2 years experience as an ACA with excellent skills is a must. The position would require working 30-40 hours per week including 1-2 evenings per week, with weekends (Saturday only) on a one-in-three rotation. We provide competitive wages based on experience, uniform allowance, and team bonus program. Please send resume to the Hospital Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain the hospital for surgery and treatment procedures.
- Collect and assemble equipment and supplies needed for surgery and treatment procedures before they are needed.
- Clean animal cages and enclosures after surgery or treatment procedures.
- Provide assistance to surgeons or veterinary technicians during surgery or treatment procedures or during animal exams.
- Clean equipment after use.
- Maintain a clean and organized hospital
- Monitor animal health and comfort levels.
- Communicate with customers about pet care, medical records, medications, surgeries or treatments that have been performed; assist customers with forms needed to care for their animal.
- Answer questions about animals housed at the hospital.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
