**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Strategy and Planning**
- Develop and maintain the corporate branding strategy, and facilitate corporate alignment with the brand and vision. Ensure marketing and communications align with the Corporate Mission, Vision, Culture, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain a thorough understanding of all Organization policies, procedures, and capabilities.
- Initiate research, development and implementation of new marketing opportunities, and brainstorm ideas. Coordinate marketing strategies with sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts. Coordinate and produce financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts.
- Develop and manage the marketing department's budget.
- Plan, develop, and direct multiple avenues of marketing strategies to promote and drive sales. Develop data driven marketing strategies and personas for target demographics.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to Senior Management.

**Implementation and Coordination**
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Promote the organization in a positive manner at all times.
- Coordinate with management and external stakeholder requirements where necessary
- Communicate, direct, and negotiate with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers.
- Optimize marketing processes and procedures based on industry best practices
- Website and social media: a) Oversee social media accounts and websites with a brand focused approach to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations. b) Website maintenance, updates and design. c) Implement search engine optimization (SEO) d) Build relationships with potential and existing customers through social media networks.
- Graphic design and editing
- Provide public relations support such as speaking in front of crowds, TV, Radio campaigns.
- Analyze customer feedback and campaign performance. Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public relations, Business Administration, or similar.

**Experience**:

- Related experience in marketing, with a minimum 2 years' experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing channels and trends. Skilled in research, budgeting and forecasting,

Technical:

- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Experience with software like Adobe premiere, Photoshop or similar is an asset

Personality/Desired attributes:

- Motivated and confident leader with excellent relationship building skills and marketing drive. Creative and innovative thinker.
- Superb communication (written and verbal), and collaboration abilities. Comfortable with public speaking.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Self-starter, adaptable and able to rise to the challenge. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Willing to pitch in as necessary to help others; supportive, team oriented and results
- focused.
- Attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.

Hours of work: Mon-Fri, 8:00-4:30 (37.5 hours per week). Flexibility and opportunity for some hybrid hours, as mutually agreed.
