WE MAKE PLANTERS - Green Theory Design is a specialty manufacturing company that fabricates custom outdoor and indoor site furnishings, focusing on planters and rooftop modular designs. Our fast-growing company is expanding our marketing team and in need of a creative thinker possessing excellent writing skills with a design-based mindset to join us as our new Content Creator.

As a member of the creative team you will be responsible for the content creation, strategy and execution for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media).

**Skills and Abilities Needed**:

- Advanced knowledge of social channels and advertising platforms
- Professional experience as a writer, designer, or a social media content creator
- Ability to creatively and professionally shoot, edit and upload photos and video
- Able to take direction, understand and work within brand or product parameters
- Able to work within tight deadlines as part of a creative team
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Back ground in interior or architectural landscape design an asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
- Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/leads
- Increase community engagement online and boost SEO traffic to the company website for optimal online visibility
- Evolve and enhance our brand persona utilizing the social channels most relevant on a daily basis
- Respond to customer queries through social networks in a timely and professional manner
- Perform editing tasks and revisions to an appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and industry trends
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Work with relevant influencers or complimentary brands to grow the company’s social following organically

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
