Assist the Asset Management group with data collection, review, analysis, verification and entry into the asset database, working closely with Calgary Transit divisions.
- Help with valuations of all Calgary Transit asset types, including stations, buildings and park and ride facilities.
- Perform site visits to ascertain asset type and location as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed.
- Contribute to data analysis and the creation of dashboards and/or reports.
- Support the implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and its modules
- Simplify program/project management templates and create dashboard for tracking audit initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a Engineer, Technology, Business Management or related diploma or degree program.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Power BI, ArcGIS and Hexagon EAM experience would be considered an asset.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent) with no more than six demerits.
- Ability to obtain a City of Calgary operator's permit.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
