This roll will be based at our Plant located in Exshaw, Alberta, reporting to the Health, Safety, Environment and Systems Manager, you will leverage your ability to coordinate and execute activities to contribute to Baymag’s safety, quality, and administrative needs.

In collaboration with all departments, you will provide on-going support to the Health, Safety, Environment and Management department to satisfy internal and corporate reporting requirements and provide general office support functions with all departments to ensure administrative-type functions are not overlooked and the overall office environment is maintained.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Convert data, documents and process from analogue to digital
- Coordinate and manage required communications, action tracking, training, and reporting (e.g., monthly reports, audits, inspections, committee summaries, investigations, corrective actions, presentations, bulletin boards)
- Performs data entry for tracking and reporting purposes (e.g., safety metrics)
- Maintain records (e.g., training, certifications, inspections, safety committee meetings, WHMIS)
- Support audit preparations including in-house systems and procedures
- Assist in the comprehensive analysis, modelling, controlling and documentation of processes (e.g., Sycat) - at the Plant level
- Support training coordination and development including orientations/onboarding
- Assist supervisors/managers and Payroll department with electronic timekeeping system and onboarding requirements for new hires
- Prepares a variety of reports including technical reports and status reports pertaining to Production & Quality) for review and distribution
- Assists with the coordination of plant or visitor functions, including but not limited to meetings/lunches, conference calls, etc. as needed
- Prepare detailed statistical trend analysis and develop reports and presentations including the preparation of graphs and charts
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies and organization
- Open and distribute incoming mail and coordinate the flow of information internally accordingly
- Provide back-up administrative support of daily product sales transactions (Bulk and Packaging shipments within SAP)
- Maintains Plant personnel files
- Other duties as assigned

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two (2+) years of manufacturing experience is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize tasks throughout the day
- Experience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation functions
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, and MS Office Suite
- Experience in environment health and safety is preferred
- Must be able to present information to multiple stakeholders
