The purpose of this position is to submit estimates, follow up with clients and support the team of business developers at our clients (current and potential) in order to present the company and explain the types of service offered by the company. The given tasks are under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager.

**Your day will look like this**:

- Receive, analyze and respond to customer requests
- Open and manage opportunities in the CRM
- Analysis of needs, plans and specifications and contractual clauses
- Present the scope of the possibilities offered by the company during the validation of the client's needs
- Feasibility study in collaboration with the supervisor of the technical team and the project manager
- Build the proposal document to the client, including the price
- Price requests from manufacturers
- Prepare the project estimate
- Use of internal estimating software for final quantification and cost allocation;
- Obtain cost and price approval
- Transmit bids according to the agreed strategy
- Customer follow-up of quotes made
- Preparation of contracts
- Preparation of files for their transfer to the project manager when the contract is awarded
- Be on the lookout for upcoming projects
- Develop business with potential new clients
- Constantly interact with our customers to maintain a good relationship
- Any other related tasks required as needed

**Your profile**:

- University degree in engineering, business administration or any relevant training or experience
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the audiovisual industry and the integration of AV systems
- Proficiency in both official languages ??at a high level, both orally and in writing
- Be able to write simple and succinct texts, which clearly describe the solution to be given to the case to be treated, taking into account the importance of spelling and syntax in the delivery of any document
- Mastery of current Office suite software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent command of Excel
- Knowledge of SalesForce (an asset)
- Knowledge of D365 (an asset)
- Be able to take on several tasks simultaneously
- Have the ability to do constant follow-ups with the various stakeholders, in a respectful manner, in order to ensure that we respond to customers within a reasonable time frame
- Have the ability to listen well while being able to maintain concentration in an open environment
- Have the ability to negotiate taking into consideration all the parameters
- Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail
- Act with diplomacy
- Strong relational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness
- Highly developed sense of organization and a keen sense of urgency
