**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to ensure organized recordkeeping
- Support bookkeeping activities and assist with basic financial documentation as needed
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings or events
- Support administrative projects such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Ensure the office environment is professional, welcoming, and efficient

**Experience**
- Previous administrative experience preferred, including clerical work in an office setting or medical/dental practice
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is advantageous
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Ability to perform proofreading and maintain high attention to detail in all work tasks
- Prior experience in a medical or dental office environment is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $47,461.66-$49,502.44 per year
