Nous recherchons pour une entreprise manufacturière située à Saint-Jerome, un(e) agent méthodes à pourvoir immédiatement. Poste permanent - 40heures/semaine.

Relevant du gestionnaire, vous êtes en charge des tâches suivantes:

- Définir des méthodes de réalisation d’assemblage
- Rédaction des instructions
- Mettre a jour les nouvelles pièces et outillages nécessaires a la fabrication
- Transmettre aux achats les besoins en matières premieres
- Faire appliquer les modifications sur le terrain
- Venir en soutien sur le plancher opérationnel
- Autres taches connexes en relation avec le poste

- Capacité d’analyser et de proposer des solutions
- Gestion des priorités
- Bon relationnel et capable d’instaurer le changement

Votre profil
- Expérience de 3 ans en méthodes d’assemblage
- Expérience dans le transport, un atout
- Connaissance techniques et mécaniques poussées
- DEC en génie mécanique
- Profil francophone - Anglais, un atout
- Salaire : 60k$ -80k$ selon expérience
- Poste hybride : 2 jours de présentiel - 3 jours de télétravail
