- Develop and implement process improvements that enhance productivity while reducing costs.
- Foster effective collaboration among internal teams through strategic communication.
- Lead efforts to cultivate a customer-centric mindset within the organization.
- Define the tools required for the manufacture or assembly of aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing.
- Participate in investigating and identifying risks related to pre-FAL.
- Oversee the implementation of ePPS to enhance problem-solving capabilities across the organization.
- Be responsible for synthesizing simple to complex situations and presenting them to different levels of assembly management or manufacturing routines for the manufacture or assembly of aircraft components.
- Interpret, verify and approve drawings and other documents from the engineering department.
- Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
- Harmonize the implementation of engineering or assembly strategy changes, working closely with engineering, materials logistics, quality and production departments, and other organizational methods functions. Be on the lookout for ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies and take part in research and development projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a DEC in engineering or aeronautics.
- More than 4 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods and aeronautical standards (including Canadian and US standards).
- Proficiency in French and English.
- You have solid experience in continuous improvement and organizational skills
- You can play a key role in problem-solving methodology;
- You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT tools (ERP, GPAO Catia, AutoCad, Enovia).
