Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant / Human Recourses is responsible for the day to day needs of data entry, employee relations, administrating payroll and other administrative needs as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Working together with management in developing staff schedules
- Administrating payroll
- Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Previous Human Resources experience considered an asset
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to work on weekends
Wage:
Starting wage is willing to be negotiated based on experience
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stonewall, MB R0C 0A4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Human resources management: 1 year (preferred)
