**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clerical and administrative support to the school principal and staff
- Maintain student records
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination of school activities
- Manage financial and accounting tasks as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative assistant or related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of PowerSchool and CIMS systems considered an asset
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality

Rate of pay - $22.24- $25.89 per hour.
- Employment to commence as son as possible_
