**OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION**

We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Public Relations Specialist to join our team and help us amplify our brand’s voice, build lasting media relationships, and drive impactful storytelling.

**WHAT YOU GET TO DO**
- Public Awareness Campaigns: Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to promote positive coverage by contacting journalists, bloggers, influencers, media outlets, publications, and other relevant individuals.
- Keep editorial calendars and media lists up to date
- Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness
- Community Engagement: Coordinate and participate in community events. Support the event sponsorship program by collaborating with partners on external displays and event exposure opportunities to enhance Napier’s product visibility.
- Execute joint marketing initiatives with like-minded brands to expand brand reach and engage new customer segments. These campaigns will encompass a variety of marketing tactics, including external contests, giveaways, co-branded content, and joint social media initiatives.

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- 5+ years of experience in public relations, communication or marketing.
- College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business
- Proven ability to develop and implement public relations strategies that drive engagement and promote the organization’s mission.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to enhance brand presence
