**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and balancing at the end of each shift.
- Maintain an organized counter area, ensuring that all products are displayed neatly and restocked as necessary.
- Utilize Excel for inventory management and reporting purposes.
- Provide information about products and services to customers, promoting sales effectively.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dealership environment.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Sales skills to effectively promote products and services to customers.
- Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Excel for tracking inventory and generating reports is beneficial.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.
