Cleaning Technician

Job Title: Cleaning Technicians wanted.
JL Residential Cleaning is a local cleaning company that is growing We are looking for a motivated individual(s) and part time contractors that can work as part of a team or independently. This role would require an individual to be efficient, punctual, pay attention to detail and hard working.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
