**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, we are looking for a results-driven, Digital Marketing Coordinator.- Support on-going reporting tasks within our MAP (Marketing Automation Platform)
- Coordinate direct mail platform requests (Sendoso) from across the organization including Sales and Business Development
- Manage invoices, shipments and inventory reviews within the Sendoso platform
- Support our chatbot platform (Drift) with reporting and optimization activities
- Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent Inc.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and trends

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing platforms, tools and tactics in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Level of education, training and experience equivalent to a degree in business administration; marketing and communications or related field.
