**Cloud Systems Administrator and End User Support Specialist**
**CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI.**
**About the Role**
**What you can expect to do**
- Lead small projects with guidance from other technology team members.
- Provide frontline IT support, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Administer user onboarding/offboarding operations.
- Manage printing services, including printer maintenance and supply management.
- Maintain a small datacenter with switches, servers, CCTV cameras, etc.
- Support Azure AD and Office 365, including administration, user setup, and security.
- Research, evaluate, recommend, build, and deploy new technology solutions; stay current with new trends and technologies.
- Make recommendations for continuous improvements and provide technological solutions for system functionality and efficiency.
- Be willing to travel occasionally within Canada.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
**About You**
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required;
- 3-5 years of progressive experience with system administration and end user support. (Windows OS, MS Office; iOS, Android)
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO, permissions);
- Good understanding of switching & routing, WAN, LAN, VLAN, firewall and VPN;
- Hands on experience of cloud technologies including AWS or Azure.
- Keen desire to automate repetitive tasks and advanced knowledge of general scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, SQL, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose incidents for appropriate escalation to other teams;
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment;
- Relentless desire to learn new solutions and technologies, and drive technology enablement;
- Strong moral compass when dealing with sensitive and confidential information;
