- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with food preparation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in operating a POS system for order entry and payment processing.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality.
- Cashiering skills to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, making change, and reconciling cash drawers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in kitchen operations, including food preparation, is a plus.
- Cash handling experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is beneficial.
