**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food efficiently
- Manage cash register transactions with attention to basic math accuracy
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Support other restaurant operations as required, including serving and cashiering duties
**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience in cashiering, food preparation, or serving roles is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and upselling opportunities
