- Assist in projects scheduling, any change-orders, reporting and invoicing
- Technical direction from the senior level to multi-disciplinary project teams to complete deliverables.
- Understanding of earthworks, site surveying inspections, landscaping, and different technicalities for residential and commercial projects
- Knowledge with residential subdivisions, master servicing plans, stormwater management plans, site grading and servicing plans
- Developing and maintaining inspection and approval processes with various GTA municipalities
- Participate in development initiatives and identify and pursue strategic opportunities
- Understanding engineering expertise with in-depth knowledge of industry best practices and standards
- Knowledge of FSR; Functional Serving Reports and ESC; Erosion and Sediment Control
- Read and interpret prints/plans
- Conduct, analyze, and award tender documents
- Identify project issues and quickly find resolutions and ability to manage diverse projects of varying complexities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously through to completion and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines

**Additional Skills**:

- Have a degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology
- Have a thorough understanding of municipal and land development design
- P.Eng an asset
- 2+ yrs as a Site Service Coordinator within Canada
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- A problem-solving approach is a must
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality results
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills
- Highly efficient and effective in working in an individual as well as team environment
- Be able to handle a high level of responsibility
- Have a G license
