**What You'll Do**:

- Leverage the Perch platform to manage and grow your mortgage business
- Provide expert mortgage advice and structure optimal financing solutions for a diverse client base, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for your clients and referral partners.
- Embody the Perch brand of professionalism, transparency, and data-driven advice.
