The Agency Assistant responsibilities encompass various administrative tasks and being the initial point of contact for clients, which requires a blend of organizational skills, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach. By efficiently managing office administration and embodying superior customer service standards, the Agency Assistant contributes to the overall growth and success of the agency.
Considering the current affairs, Allstate will be conducting virtual interviews and has made arrangements for new hires to work remotely till it's deemed safe to return to office.

Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire Agency Assistant at our Kingston Agency. The Agency Assistant will manage the office administration and provide superior customer service to our clients in our fast-paced Agency sales office
**Role Designation: Office-Based**
**This is a 6Month contract opportunity**

We work a 37.5-hour work week
Accountabilities:
- Greet walk in clients as well as answer and direct incoming calls;
- Distribute, action, and sort incoming mail;
- Order and manage inventory of office supplies as required;
- File all documentation accordingly while exercising a high level of confidentiality.
- Provide support with expense reporting as required;
- Other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years' experience working in an office or customer service position.
- High school diploma is required.
- Enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to exhibit sound judgement and discretion.
- Have the ability and desire to obtain a General Level One license
