The Product Specialist will work closely with the Product Manager, QA, Engineers, Scrum Masters, internal and external clients in multiple projects. This role will perform research, business analysis and seek to understand client requirements and then define those requirements in detail, so that the engineering teams can implement with clear, concise and actionable solutions. Product Specialist will then provide quality assurance of the end-product against the defined requirements. This role will be based in our Toronto office.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Conducting product testing, performing product demonstrations to staff and customers, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to the engineering and design team
- Conduct extensive user acceptance and field testing of products as a power user.
- Review test plan and test cases, support product testing and quality assurance.
- Review and respond to user questions and feedback and engage in client support cases.
- Help drive product delivery and project manage customer success programs.
- Collaborating and strategizing with the product, design, and engineering teams in product. development activities by grooming the product backlog and managing requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales in revenue generating activities.
- Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other promotional activities.
- Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Assist product and engineering leaders with day-to-day activities.
- You maybe tasked with product implementations, facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with new feature launches
- Utilize technology to maximize efficiency - we use HubSpot & ZoomInfo as our main sales tool
- Build your knowledge base, get informed, maintain and share feedback and objections with your team
- Identify and discuss lessons learned with other team members to support an environment of continuous improvement

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience leading scrum ceremonies and creating user stories and epics.
- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and customer feedback.
- Experience with implementing technology solutions
- A genuine excitement for solving business problems with software and technology.
- A proven passion for all things tech (UX, Development, Business).
- Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support.
- Competency in training internal departments on new product features.
- Excellent communication skills.
- CRM or Field Service Applications, No-Code Tools and Agile methodologies, such as Kanban or Scrum would be an asset.
