Client Overview Our client, a leader in the e-commerce and retail space, is seeking a PIM Specialist to support the management, optimization, and syndication of product data across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong PIM experience and hands-on knowledge of leading platforms like Salsify or Syndigo. Job Overview The PIM Specialist will manage product data, ensure accuracy and consistency across systems, and support the syndication of content to key retail partners. The ideal candidate has deep experience with Product Information Management systems and a strong understanding of e-commerce workflows. Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and optimize product data within the PIM system Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product attributes, metadata, and digital assets Use Salsify or Syndigo to syndicate product content to retail partners and marketplaces Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, product, and content teams to gather and update product information Troubleshoot data discrepancies and support continuous data quality improvements Assist with mapping product attributes for new product launches and seasonal updates Monitor content readiness and ensure timely delivery across channels Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Product Information Management (PIM) Hands-on experience with Salsify or Syndigo (required) Strong background in e-commerce , retail, or digital product content Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Familiarity with product taxonomies, attributes, and digital asset standards Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational and communication skills
