**Position Description**:
***Role Description**:

- Responsible for supporting the retention of SME member base of the Board by aligning our services with our members goals and objectives.
- Through virtual and in-person meetings understanding our members’ unique business objectives, such as contributing to our region’s growth, their business development objectives, and building brand awareness by leveraging the Boards membership offerings.
- Support and work directly with all internal Board teams on specific projects to ensure we are delivering the highest level of value to our member community.
- Keep apprised of Board assets, including events, programs, business services, amenities, and products, in order to support development of member solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Attend business pitch and proposal meetings with business executives, government officials and other stakeholders, conveying professionalism and confidence.
- Achieve ambitious monthly, quarterly, and yearly retention targets and key performance indicators for existing members, as well as identifying new member opportunities when appropriate.
- Attend Board events to network with members/non-members to drive engagement and strengthen relationships with the board.

**Your experience includes**:

- 1-2 years of Account Coordinator experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment managing SME clients.
- Experience in cross collaboration with internal departments to manage specific projects.
- Experience in a CRM-driven environment, including the management of accounts and documenting activity.
- Demonstrated experience in managing current accounts and driving engagement.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Confident, clear communications and interpersonal skills.
