**Job Title: Credit & Collections Clerk (Part-Time AM - 20 hours per week)** **Location**: Calgary, AB **Reports To**: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit & Collections Clerk to join our team As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of payments. If you have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, we would love to hear from you **Key Responsibilities**: - Prepare and send out invoices and statements to clients. - Process invoices in client payment portals, ensuring they progress smoothly. - Maintain detailed collections notes in our accounting system. - Manage and process accounts receivable transactions such as deposits and credits. - Ensure timely collection of payments from clients. - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. - Maintain accurate records of all receivables. **Qualifications**: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
