Key Responsibilities:

- Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Develop and implement learning and development programs that promote growth
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and risk management protocols
- Drive HR operational efficiency through process improvement and best practices
- Champion organisational development, diversity, and inclusion initiatives

Skills & Experience:

- Tertiary Qualifications - Human Resources/Business or related discipline
- Exceptional leadership and management skills with a proven track record
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and related technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends
- Experience in a matrix organisation and working within virtual, cross-cultural teams
