**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As a Sales Support Professional at Trench Canada Instrument Transformers your day will consist of interactions with both internal and external customers, helping them to achieve their company goals. You will prepare sales materials, update customer databases, and respond to client inquiries. In addition, you will collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm innovative ideas that contribute to the success of the organization.

Your Tasks:

- Review bid documents and prepare quotations.
- Review and register customer orders and make necessary revisions to orders.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders from both the customer side and Trench’s sales or project management teams to review customer orders, ensuring they are consistent and complete.
- Initiate sales and purchase orders to vendors according to customer requirements.
- Work with the factory and product/marketing teams to resolve configurations and technical changes.
- Guide the customer sales support process related to factory tours, product demonstrations, presentations, new product training, trade shows, field sales support and pricing.
- Solve assigned, non-routine tasks, to contribute to projects or assignments, or to support development of guidelines, methods, tools or business processes.

**Requirements**:

- Electrical Engineering degree with experience with High Voltage products or in the service industry with a strong market knowledge.
- Experience in Sales support and customers interactions.
- Fast and effective learning skills, open minded for innovative ideas, and are able to work within a team in a multi-cultural environment.
- 3-5 years of experience is required.
