- welcome and greet patients
- verify patient information and update existing records appropriately
- provide administrative support to patients and clinic through tasks including registering of patients, booking appointments, and managing phone calls
- faxing, scanning, data entry, and follow-up on consultations or results for patients in accurate and timely manner by utilizing electronic medical records
- manage payments and billings
- manage and facilitate office flow through awareness of delays, patient arrivals, and communicating with rest of office staff
- assist physicians to ensure patient and care processes are efficient
- complete all other duties assigned as appropriate
- all responsibilities performed in accordance with professional standards
- preparation of patients if needed by obtaining weights, automated BP/vitals measurements, urine dipstick testing, glucose checking
- good, strong written and oral communication skills
- multi-tasking abilities mandatory
- good time management skills with prioritization
- 25 hours weekly minimum
- some evenings and occasional Saturday may be required
- patient vitals including preparation of appointments for Doctor
- competitive wages with compensatory adjustments based on work merit
- Previous experience with PS Suite considered an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
