You will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, guide a team of accounting professionals, and make sure the numbers are accurate, entered in a timely manner, and understood.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- ** Advise with Confidence**
- ** Build strong relationships across the business** and provide clear financial guidance
- ** Deliver expert insights** that shape strategic conversations and operational decisions
- ** Lead the Team**
- ** Foster a supportive, high-performance culture** within your team
- Supervise and develop accounting staff, driving accountability and collaboration
- Train new hires and set clear expectations for success
- ** Own the Numbers**
- ** Lead accounting operations**, ensuring all transactions are accurate and compliant
- Prepare, review, and **deliver financial statements** that decision-makers trust
- Manage reconciliations, payables, receivables, and month-end close
- ** Oversee payroll and benefits** administration
- ** Protect the Integrity**
- Maintain and **enhance internal controls** and accounting systems
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, ASPE, tax laws, and payroll regulations

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- CPA designation and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years in progressive accounting roles, including 2+ years in leadership
- Deep understanding of GAAP, ASPE, and payroll compliance
- Proficiency in accounting systems — Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar
- Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
