Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize our CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential markets and opportunities for business development.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to meet client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
