We manage a variety of culinary experiences from full-service dining to a quick-service meal, including; corporate events, on and off-site catering as well as tours. We are now looking for experienced and energetic leaders who have a passion for people to join our team at Mick and Angelo's

The Front of House Manager is responsible for all FOH operations and financial results. This includes executing a high level of food & beverage, delivering a great guest experience, building a strong workplace culture and growing a team, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to specs as well as all H&S standards.

**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to uphold all brand standards
- Versed in food safety and WHMIS
- Able to set and achieve labour targets by implementing weekly forecasting and executing plan
- Provide coaching and development for all team members
- Quick to identify opportunities in the daily operations and coach improvement plans
- Able to Motivate and grow a team while aligning the team on the needs of the business
- Make difficult people and business decision that will help grow the business
- Maintain a positive outlook at all times, even when under pressure
- 1 year of managers experience in the Hospitality industry
