Prospect and Lead Generation:Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.
Qualify leads and identify potential buyers interested in purchasing a new or used car.
Gather and update customer information for accurate follow-up.

Product Knowledge:Develop in-depth knowledge of the cars in the dealership's inventory.
Be able to highlight the features, specifications, and benefits of various vehicle models.
Address customer inquiries and provide information regarding available options.

Relationship Building:Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential customers.
Establish rapport, trust, and credibility to enhance the likelihood of making a sale.

Sales Pitch and Closing:Effectively communicate the value proposition of the vehicles and promotions.
Provide pricing information, financing options, and incentives.
Close sales and schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership.

CRM Utilization:Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Track customer interactions, follow-up dates, and sales progress.

Sales Targets:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

Compliance and Regulations:Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to car sales and customer interactions.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and commissions
- Organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.50 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (required)
- Car Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-07-01
