The Opportunity:

- As B2B Sales and Service Agent, you will help to grow the commercial revenue of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? through inbound and outbound sales calls for all levels of commercial clients. Although the position resides within our Sales Center, you will get to work closely with National Accounts and Strategic Alliances (NASA) Managers as well as the Local Commercial Managers. The position reports to the B2B Sales Manager and the position is full-time and is a permanently remote role.

A Day in the Life:

- Achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives Deliver exceptional professional service to commercial clients
- Accountable for the quality, accuracy and efficiency of your day-to-day work
- Maintain open communication and providing and seek feedback to improve process
- Chance to stretch to outbound calls and projects as needed

- Motivated to achieve goals and hold yourself to high standards

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Love challenges and solving problems Organized and efficient with your time
- Work best independently in a fast paced environment with little direction
- Able to go with the flow and adjust to change
- An open availability to work shifts anytime between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM, CDT. Monday-Sunday so we can be ready to answer our customer’s calls when it’s convenient for them.
- A quiet space at home, reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps+ and personal computer
