Overview**:Responsible for generating growth and increasing sales revenue related to all catered/banquet venue spaces within The Park & Zoo.- Now, if you were to come on board as our **Banquet Outbound Sales Representative,** we’d ask you to do the following for us:- Developing new clients within market segments via sales calls, telephone, on-site meetings and tours, and maintains and enhances the existing customer base.
- Responsible for selling, booking, monitoring and processing payments for catered/banquet revenue events held on APC’s properties.
- Responsible for following up with potential and current clients for accurately recording all required information in the Park Hospitality software program and for achieving the sales target by venue.
- The role involves managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—while maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring timely follow-up.-
- Think you have what it takes to be our **Banquet Outbounds Sales Representatives**? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you will be successful:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Banquet Outbounds Sales Representative role for a large Hospitality / Venue company.
- Experience with negotiating terms, preparing contracts, and resolving billing issues, all while fostering long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Positive attitude, flexible and motivated to be successful
- Dependable, self-disciplined and team oriented with strong attention to detail and initiative
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills
