**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a Shipper/Receiver, Counter Support to join our growing Service Team. This is a full-time position based out of our St. Mary’s location (conveniently located at 14 Given’s Rd).

**Responsibilities include**:

- Receiving, Picking, and shipping orders for internal and external customers
- Load & Unload trucks.
- Daily Courier Shipment and Receipt
- Warehouse Inventory Co-ordination & put away in their correct location.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to messages with a same day turnaround time.
- Warehouse Transfer entry for parts returns, Fast Moving parts requests, Storage Product movements
- Demo Transfer Entry as needed for product leaving location.
- Assisting Parts Inventory counts for all system warehouses at branch location.
- Manage and organize outside storage yard.
- Respond to customer walk-ins and inquiries for sales and/or service, directing and engaging the necessary Turf Care staff as required, in collaboration with the Parts Counter Sales Representative.
- Assemble small counter items, such as Stihl handheld products, Toro push mowers, etc. for display and sales.

- Self-starter
- TWL knowledge is considered an asset.
- Effective interpersonal and communication
- Easily adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
- Physically demanding
- Known for working in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Forklift Experience
