We are looking for an adaptable **HR Coordinator**to support our growing people operations. This **12-month, fixed-term** position is based in our downtown Vancouver office and plays a vital role in keeping our HR functions running smoothly while covering various team leaves.
- This role is based out of our Vancouver headquarters and offers a hybrid work setting._

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
**Mobility Coordination**
- Working with the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition team in assignment initiations to draft assignment documentation and conversations with relevant teams.
- Supporting the mobility process, including drafting and administering assignment letters, ensuring documentation is signed and filed, and updating HRIS with relevant information.
- Tracking employee mobility and assignment documentation for extensions, terminations, and end of assignments.
- Keep SharePoint updated with current mobility and benefits policies and documents.

**Benefits & Pension Administration**
- Working closely with HR & Benefits to help process employee paperwork, assist with benefits enrollment, and support the implementation of HR policies.
- Be one of the primary points of contact for benefit and pension questions in Canada and the US.
- Maintaining benefits eligibility and updates for new hires, terminations, and life event changes.
- Supporting benefits onboarding for new employees and coordinating vendor-led health, retirement, and financial wellness sessions.
- Supporting payroll by tracking and communicating benefits-related deductions.
- Reconciling benefits invoices and ensuring accuracy across platforms.

**HR Operations & Support**
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations with the HR Business Partner, including offboarding, and managing employee documentation.
- Preparing employment confirmation letters and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting with HR metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Providing general administrative support across the HR team, stepping in where needed to help manage day-to-day operations.

- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

**To qualify for this role, you must have**:

- 3-5 years experience in cross-border mobility coordination, employee benefits, and HR administration.
- Knowledge and experience with Canadian Benefits/RRSP.
- HRIS administration experience (BambooHR preferred).
