At The Resilient Group, we believe that strong people practices are at the heart of sustainable business success. We’re looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about supporting people and processes across a variety of industries and dynamic environments.
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all client companies
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and communication with vendors
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to each company’s unique needs
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Assist with performance management processes and documentation
- Help develop and deliver training programs on topics such as compliance, leadership, and communication
- Collaborate closely with the Director of HR and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic HR support

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of HR coordinator or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple industries or business units is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Must be located in Metro Vancouver
