The Crystal Lodge in the centre of Whistler village is currently looking for an energetic individual interested in joining their Front Office team as a Full Time Bell Person

The Bell Person is the first person to welcome guests to the hotel and we are looking someone to join our Front Office team within this pivotal role.

The role of Bell Person is highly interactive with guests and depending on their requirements, will depend on how the day-to-day operation goes, however, some of the tasks that you would likely complete, but not limited to, within this role include:

- Greet guests outside the lobby offering assistance with their luggage and providing them guidance to the Front Desk.
- Assist departing guests with their luggage either from their room or from the lobby to their car.
- Provide guests with a valet parking service and explaining parking procedures and how to obtain their vehicle.
- Support with the Ski/ Bike Valet depending on the season.
- Manage and handle luggage storage requests in a timely and proficient manner that ensures all items are clearly and correctly labelled.
- When required, assist the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams with any tasks that require additional support.
- Support the Front Desk team with any further tasks that ensure guest satisfaction is optimized.

This is a full-time role (up to 40 hours per week) and you will be required to work a mixture of early, day and late shifts. A valid full BC driver’s license is essential.
