**Job Title: Handyman & Site Supervisor**

**About Us**:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring projects progress according to schedule.
- Oversee and schedule trades, suppliers, and inspections while maintaining quality control.
- Perform general handyman tasks, including drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, and general maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce site safety measures.
- Conduct homeowner/client meetings to address concerns and provide updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to construction work and site operations.
- Maintain site cleanliness, order materials as needed, and manage tools and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction, renovations, or as a handyman.
- Strong knowledge of various trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and make necessary adjustments.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with permits, inspections, and city regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Hindi language proficiency is an asset but not required.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
