**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record in general contracting, home renovation or a related trade (at least 5+ years in residential construction experience is preferred)
- **Skills**: Versatility in multiple general home repairs & renovations and/or a specialty in one or more trades including deck/fence work, drywall, carpentry, etc.
- **Transportation**: Must have your own reliable vehicle.
- **Reliability**: Consistent availability and a strong work ethic.
- **Tools**: Must have own tools for a variety of projects.
