dedicated to supporting our customers day to day, helping them reach their full potential by guiding

orders throughout Vessel’s systems, performing data entry and validation, status updates and providing.

troubleshooting and solutions along the way. The Order Coordinator works closely with many teams;
including the Sales, Graphics, Production, Shipping, Administrative and Finance Teams to provide the best

possible customer experience, contributing to continuously improving Vessel’s process.

The Order Coordinator is an advocate for the customer, passionate about finding solutions to ensure that

expectations are met or exceeded as their project moves through the Vessel system in conjunction with

the Customer Relationship Specialist.

Accountabilities
- Enter, validate and process orders in a timely manner including inventory and AR checks
- Support the flow of information and communication to various internal stakeholders and

ensure that the customer experience is at the forefront
- Attend regular internal departmental and cross departmental meetings
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and tools for continuous improvement

the customer’s experience
- Takes a proactive approach to the financial impact of the day to day, understanding the

quarterly and annual financial results
- Utilize existing technologies and processes to best serve our customers; and adopt new

systems as Vessel evolves our processes including pulling and understanding reports
- Report on metrics and ensure those metrics are linked to business outcomes
- Share insights from customers
- Participate in ongoing technical and personal development
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Must be fluent both French and English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong empathy, problem-solving and relationship building skills
- 1-3 years in customer experience role preferred, knowledge of Vessel’s products an asset
- Experience creating and generating reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Systems
- Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce preferred
