The Sales Coordinator is a self-motivated individual that enjoys working autonomously in an environment with monthly deadlines. You will be responsible for internal and external documentation pertinent to Sales Orders and ensure accuracy. You will also ensure equipment billing is consistently and accurately processed within the monthly requirements. You are a team player that will communicate clearly, take ownership and pride of your responsibilities by providing a very high level to details.

**Responsibilities**
- Review Sales Packages and then process Sales Orders accordingly and in a timely manner
- Process entry with our logistics provider
- Liaise with the Logistics department in order to ensure timely deliveries
- Audit files to ensure accuracy
- Handle full-cycle account management from order entry to shipment of orders.
- Provide accurate Order Fulfilment in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and timely order status
- Forward all appropriate documents to respective financial company
- Process leasing charges, fees and other promotional items

**Skills and Abilities**
- Post Secondary Education preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in an office environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and Outlook
- Excellent mathematical skills with high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work with tight deadlines based on monthly requirements.
- Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual (French/English)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
