Come join the friendly team at Hotel Grand Pacific An independent luxury property located on Victoria’s beautiful inner harbour, we’re looking for another Bell Person to join our Guest Services team. This is a great opportunity for anyone with hotel or customer service experience who enjoys creating a fantastic first impression for guests.

Shift time will vary and could include early mornings or evenings.

$17.43/hr + valet gratuities

**Duties**:

- Proactively greet and meet all arriving and departing guests
- Assist with unloading, delivering and storing luggage
- Valet parking
- Address and follow up on any guest concerns
- Share accurate knowledge of hotel products and services
- Assist guests with questions about Victoria and offer recommendations

**Qualifications and Abilities**:

- 1 year of door or bell experience in a full-service hotel preferred. Extensive customer service experience in the tourism industry will be considered in lieu.
- Unrestricted Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License and able to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Solid knowledge of Victoria and its opportunities for visitors
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs
- Professional manner and polished verbal communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Second language an asset
- Available to work 30+ hours per week at varied shift times, including early mornings, weekends and evenings
