Compostable, Sustainable, Recyclable and Customizable disposable packaging products.

We are searching for a **Project and Data Coordinator** to support our sales growth and development.
This individual would have strong analytical, project management and organizational skills and be comfortable working with both the internal team and our external customer base.

**Position Summary**

The **Project and Data Coordinator** will be responsible for supporting the Vice President of Sales &
Marketing with customer-specific reporting and project management activity.
- Monitor and champion progress of sales projects from start to finish including the new customer on-boarding process, custom print project progress, sample cataloging, customer container load orders, collection of forecasts.
- Will be responsible for running sales reporting and analysis.
- Will support the Pricing team by monitoring the customer price list schedule.
- Ensure sample requests are processed by the sample fulfillment team in a timely manner.
- Will take ownership of the Quality Control process as the lead point of contact, including inspection of new product arrivals and handling of product complaints.
- Assist VP of Sales and Marketing in tracking and completion of customer projects.
- Will be required to support the sales team on occasion at customer trade show events.
- Job requires being in the office Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
- Other duties may be assigned as the needs of our business change.
- Possibility of some (limited) travel in Canada and the USA.

Skills Required:

- Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in sales analysis is required.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Will report to Vice President of Sales & Marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (required)
